An Easier Way to Navigate Your Challenge

How would you describe the challenge you’re facing?

Are you asking yourself, Can I survive this job, burnout, layoff, divorce, health challenge, big move, or new phase of life?

Life transitions test our strength, courage, and self-confidence. Change may have been planned or completely unexpected. Or maybe we’re on the edge of a change whose very idea overwhelms us.

Often we’re confused and can’t see our way forward. So, we look for a safe place to land and someone to help us sort all this out.

Life coaching is meant to be that landing place, where you find peace, compassion, and clarity.

Unlike therapy, it’s not about digging into the past for causes. Instead, it’s about the practical reality of this moment and how you can step into a brighter future.

You have many strengths and skills! With a few creative tools, consistent support, and even a sense of humor, you can find your way…

About Me

I’m Emma Laurence, a Certified Life Coach with more than 10,000 hours of experience coaching, teaching, and directing.

I draw on my NYC background as an award-winning actress, singer and recording artist to add creativity to the life coaching journey. I’ve navigated many major life transitions by being creative, persistent, and keeping my sense of humor.

My Living As Music blog brings a love of music to the world of transition coaching, exploring how the art and science of sound can make your life easier.

This is my friend, Mocha, by the way. [Llama not included in coaching sessions.]

Living As Music

What if we could navigate daily life more easily, with greater fluidity and confidence, by living as music?
What would that even mean?
I started researching and got jazzed about the wide-ranging impact of music, sound, and vibration.
Music can relax and heal us, help us navigate tough life transitions, and invite us to fully experience a sustainable, inspired life.
I know I need an easier way these days. Do you?
